Refund Policy
Short Version
If AgentSlice is clearly not useful for you, email within 14 days of purchase and we will review the refund request.
Digital Download
AgentSlice is a digital product delivered as agentslice.zip. Because the file
can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are handled case by case.
Withdrawal Rights
For consumers in Norway or the EU/EEA, digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium may be exempt from the standard withdrawal right once delivery has begun, if the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the withdrawal right will be lost.
If your checkout provider supports this, enable a clear checkbox or equivalent confirmation before purchase. Do not rely on this exception unless your checkout flow collects the required consent and acknowledgement.
When Refunds May Be Granted
- duplicate purchase
- incorrect charge
- download failure that cannot be resolved
- corrupted file that cannot be replaced
- clear mismatch between the product description and delivered file
When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
- you downloaded the product and simply changed your mind
- you expected a no-code app builder or complete starter app
- you expected hard technical enforcement, editor hooks or an executable runtime
- you redistributed, repackaged or publicly shared the files
