1. Seller

2. Product
AgentSlice is a downloadable digital workflow kit for AI coding tools. The product is
delivered as agentslice.zip and contains Markdown files, prompts, rules,
skills, templates and state files.
AgentSlice is not an executable runtime, no-code app builder, hosted software service, legal service, security tool, deployment service or hard technical gatekeeper.
3. Requirements
You are responsible for having a compatible AI coding tool, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf or a similar tool, and for reviewing any code or documentation generated by your AI tool.
4. Purchase And Delivery
Payment and file delivery are intended to be handled by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy notices may also apply to the checkout and payment process.
After purchase, you receive access to download agentslice.zip. Keep your
order receipt in case you need support.
5. License
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AgentSlice in your own personal or commercial projects. See the separate License page for details.
6. Refunds And Withdrawal Rights
AgentSlice is a digital download with immediate access after purchase. Refunds are handled according to the separate Refund Policy.
If you sell to consumers in Norway or the EU/EEA, your checkout should clearly handle any legally required consent for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledgement that withdrawal rights may be lost when delivery begins.
7. No Guarantees
AgentSlice is provided as-is. It is designed to improve workflow structure, but it does not guarantee that an AI model will follow every instruction, produce correct code, prevent bugs, pass QA, secure your application or make a product commercially successful.
8. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- reviewing generated code, docs and release recommendations
- testing your own software before release
- protecting secrets, credentials and customer data
- complying with laws, platform rules and third-party licenses that apply to your project
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSlice and the seller are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, deployment issues or damage caused by your use of AI coding tools or generated code.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for AgentSlice, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes should be communicated clearly where required.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
